Uber just expanded its reach to outskirts of Accra which have been growing in population. The app now allows riders to request rides from Danfa, Amrahia, Pokuase, Sarpeiman and Abokobi.

Over the past few months, we’ve worked hard to keep Accra moving. Today, we’re super excited to announce that we have expanded our service area!
Starting April 2nd, we’re expanding our service area to Pokuase, Sarpeiman, Abokobi, Danfa and Amrahia to ensure more people are able to request an Uber. The new service area means more rides when you need them.
With more places to request a ride, we’re giving you more reason to explore your city. Whether you’re visiting loved ones, commuting to work or heading to town for a night out – your reliable ride just got easier!
